Christian Youth Reunion

I remembered when the time of my youth as member of Grace Nazarites Youth Camp, started at the age of 12 til 27. I encountered lots of experiences, happiest moments, and challenges though I'am not straight as active member because I become bad influence in barcadas til 21 years old but at the time when I'am back all was change with in me, I a'm totally active even I'am the Vice president hehehe hambogero... then that is the starting of my challenges and happiest moments and lots of christian friends I meet.

Yesterday after attending church service we have a youth reunion though its an unexpected but for me its a reunion almost of us are marriage except jojo and sha hehehe the long range MU.

Our past experience gives meaning to present. You can reminisce the things you love most, the time that you are satisfactory happy.. Tama ba akong english pataka rako.. at least nag english.

Family bondings at Mergrande

Family time is much important than anything else on this planet earth, because in family begins love joy that no one could pay. Yesterday me in my family together with my close friend Leo's family are having family bondings at Mergrande Toril Davao City. Its an overnight stay in you just pay 800 pesos with free room, free swimming pool and if you want to swim at the sea you can and in your family becomes happy.

We start check in at exactly 3:00 pm. in we leave on the next day before 12 noon. During our stay we have lots of activities, swimming at pool, swimming at sea in the morning, playing chess and time of chechahan changing ideas and giving its testimony.

I just hope that all our experiences, the happiest moment will not end. We successfully done because God given us his financial, physical and emotional blessing both our family without Him we can do nothing.

Today we end our badminton tournament though lots of the teams are not attended but there are some sport minded person who response. The champion goes to the green team, second no other than the black team, the third was the blue team, fourth goes to white team. Future Leaders Seminars

The Body of Christ Church searching for a future potential leaders. To resolved the problem that someday there were another leaders or subordinate since almost of the pastor are old and the Bible School are already stop, so the searching of future potential leaders are come in. One of the qualification is at least a colleges graduate why because the one day seminars is equivalent of one year.

Indeed we successfully finished a first ever seminars of seventeen attenders with the power move of three teachers namely : Pastor Apolonio Malnegro, Pastor Cyphrian Pranconas and Linda Roquero at our Multi-purpose Building teachers village third ave. Tagum City.

Our next seminar will be this coming January 31, 2008 same location and same time, with a registration of 100 pesos only.

I have learned a lots first in the morning we tackle about our doctrine the seven dispensation, part of the things that differs book chapter 2 and 3 and the afternoon the homiletics from the Handbook of preaching.

I'am just hoping that this is a starting point in by God's grace we can finish.
Maybe in due time I will be posting on this blogs all our topics so that I may spread the good news and how to become a pastor.

Second Company Badminton

Today after our work at 5:00 p.m. our branch got a chance to play badminton for free with meals. But sad to say its frustrated in my part, I prepared all that needed the budget, and I emailed ahead so that everyone will know but this morning as I confirmed to the team almost of them are not available. So instead we have already fixed game but we cannot pursue it, we only play everyone that who wants to play.

Couples Christmas party

They company almost did the Christmas party except the couples. Last friday December 12, 2008 my wife and I happily attending the company couples Christmas party held at VENUE Davao City. Having a lots of guest like Anton the ala Regine and His companion. We also have a surprise guest the sister of Kaibigan Haime her sister's nameKeana Reeves from PBB ( Pinoy Big Brothers) and a lots of speeches from our bosings. The master ceremony of the program leaded by Jeofrey Natividad a friend of mine and his partner from abs cbn magandang umaga.

If you are in the midst of the party maybe you forgot almost everything because of the funny and interesting programs. Thanks for the company for that wonderful event that he had given indeed we gain lots.

Hoping that to this coming years to come or next December we gonna have a successful Christmas party again.

Kids Christmas Party

If somebody ask me what is my favorite month my answer is December, it cannot be denied most of us. Because this is a month of giving and receiving. We receive our bonus or thirteen month pay, invited by lots of parties from company or even church party etc. not just receiving but also we give especially if you have lots of "kinugos" like me hehehe...

Yesterday December 7, 2008, was the company children Christmas party at Grand Menzeng Magallanes Davao City. My two kids receive a lots from the company toys, free tatoos, free raffles, free games, free snack, free ice cream, free vehicle for service and a lot more.

But before we will be going to the children Christmas party me in my family have been attending Church service at Bible Baptist Church at Panabo City. We cannot able to attend church service at Body of Christ La libertad Church because its too far from Davao, that's the reason why.

Christmast Lights ON

Ponciano, Rondez and Panabo office are all "Dungan" to on the Christmas Lights. Maybe many of us wondered how they put together to on the Christmas light. We cannot denied that our technology right now are always going up, by using the IP or Internet Protocol and the Online video that connected at ponciano, rondez, and Panabo are put together into on screen of a computer.

At exactly 6:00 pm we together turn on the light, afterwards we taken our snack but we in Panabo has a big celebration of PAKALs and we have invited Choral Foundation I don't know where he came from all I can say was that very nice. Forthermore we much very happy with our family.

Another experience that I've encountered today was I emergency undertime due to my wife got her sickness called UTI urinary track infection. The funny things happens I already agreed with the Dujali Mayor, Brgy. Kapitan of Magupising to have a final inpection to the proposed primary and secondary line but did not happen because of the circumtance that cannot be avoidable.

Multiple seminar

Today I'am attending a multiple seminar where all answered my multiple questions. In the morning we have lecturer from Pag-big wherein we have a chance to know more about our future in terms of housing loan and salary loan that's one thing the question that I was brought out was that I can again have additional load even if I have a lot purchase loan the answer was it cann't be. The next was the SSS all about the benefits do's and don't. In the afternoon we have lecturer from philhealth the high lights is that if you are at the age 60 you are qualified all free which mean even you did not fee for there monthly bills you can avail all the benefits. Last thing was that the BIR the most interesting of all because we much longing why and what that the most of our deduction in our pay slip very much big.

I just wanna thank to the company through the iniative of the union officer and granted by the management to have this fantastic seminar its a great opportunity.

Panabo Kids Christmas Party at Eden and Loleng's

Uncomparable christmas party. I can call our christmas party uncomparable because we usually have our Christmas party in the office but now we go outside/Outing at Eden and Loleng's Toril.

In the morning we first move in Eden taken our snack, picture taken playing with our family.

We taken our lunch at Loleng's then swim in there nice inland resort.
then at 2:00 pm. we back to Eden for tour of there 80 hectares.

Yesterday was my very busiest day. I tell you the whole story. It was a two event a toastmaster seminar at Grand Regal Lanang from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm. and the fiesta pasko a first ever event that was held at Davao Light ponciano starting 3:00 p.m. to "sawa", aside from that I want a cost estimate of a pingpong table including all its accessories.

On the fiesta bazar pasko



Our product in Panabo Branch was Bibingka. We sold it all til 8:oo pm. There are lots of product for sale from different department almost all from foods to homes tools etc. But in the evening there was a rain. it causes to stop all the fun and the concert even me I am wet because I'am going to the four malls to get the right pingpong table and its accessories.

At first I'am hesitant making a banner beacause I have no experience in designing like that but as I confronting and thinking deeply I come up that design which relate to the popular show fear factor. Word of honor

Word of honor is very important specially when the person/child you are talking is your kids.
After attending church service 30 km away from our home. I promised my son that if he never sleep while I driving my motor I give him a reward eating and buying kiddy meals at Jollibee but it so happen he started to sleep but because we had a promised he was trying to open his eyes even if we are in panabo very near na in the jollibee. That moment I felt mercy and sad how he loves jollibee I don't know what's jollibee secret even if I worked Jollibee for three years as part time job.

The lesson that I've learned time with your family is important not your wealth..

Bosing Birthday

Today is Our Assistant Manager Arnold Arsolon Birthdays he Never expected that we had a surprised "Harana". A day before the team had plan to have a surprise Harana headed by ate Honey, that's why first in the morning while we working we had a secret that when our bosing comes in in open his office door the team will automatically gathered to sing a birthday song, and we success because he never expected it. As he said that first time of his life happens.

In noon time we had a lunch salo salo combination of lechon, kinilaw and native chicken from our bosing business. We very much enjoy that day, after taking our lunch we start our monthly meeting til 5:15 pm.

A Rainy day But does'nt stop My work

The rain does not stop my day to day activities. Yesterday my supervisor called my team mate to attend the seminar and then he told that all his scheduled activities for the next day will be given to me and I'am happy to accept though I have my prepared scheduled in which conflict but then I find a way to solve it, That is why I called to my customer to change the time to meet on site thanks they all grant. But I cannot proceed my work because of rain then I tried to borrow the emergency vehicle and thanks again my admin supervisor understand me. So I do survey in the morning from Growers and Dole request. In the afternoon I do pulong2 to the barangay so that they will know the requirements on how to avail the electricity, afterwards before 5 pm the last was final survey at Peda subdivision.

Before I'am going home I overtime a little bit because my TWA customer a proposed gasoline station, she badly needed the Final estimate on the next day.


I cannot imagine of what I've done today but its all grace from God all things work together for good. And its all has a purpose.. till the next..

Sport Planning Session

Funny and successful sport planning session that we had done today. Funny in the sence that the Master of Ceremony was lead by Jopoy Natividad. And successful because we had a lots of ideas that they are shared. The word of the day " Think out of the box ".

A whole day planning session held at Garden Oesis with free heavy snack, lunch and lots of "sitseria".

The purpose of this planning session is to prepare for next sport activities, this coming year 2009.

We have four newly members of Dalight sportcom, which can replaced to the vacant slots. In
as the meeting goes on there are many changes of the proposed program activities compared to previous. This time I'am in the sober tooth yellow team.

Development Dimension International Seminar

I was undergo a two days seminar and workshop last November 11-12, 2008. I never expected that I am the lucky person who can attend the seminar, since it was already given to our senior colleague but then our assistant vice president suggested that it will fit to the distribution engineer.
And without a doubt I'am happily accepted since it was all free and at the same time additional knowledge in my day to day activities.

Indeed it was a very fabulous and fantastic seminar. For two days I learned a lot from four lively facilitator the two was imported from cebu Mia and bords and the other two from davao light itself.
we had lot of video workshop, games for our ice breaker, and individual interaction of each topics.

By the way the seminar is under the Development Dimensions International. Focusing on the development personal development on how to deal with business to business or business to consumer interaction. Which divide into two, the personal needs and the practical needs in both are essential.

Under personal needs or the key principles are :

1. Maintain or enhance self esteem. (feeling valued, respected, important, and special.)
   
2. Listen and respond with empathy. (being heard, understood, and cared about.)
   
3. Involve the customer. ( being involved in process and decisions that affect them)
   

Under practical needs the service steps are:

1. Acknowledge the person. ( greet promptly and courteously, give full attention, use appropriate pace.)
   
2. Clarify the situation. ( ask the question to determine needs, listen carefully, summarize to check understanding)
   
3. Meet or exceed the need. ( if routine act promptly, if not routing agree on a clear course of action, take opportunities to exceed expectations.)
   
4. Confirm satisfaction. (ask the question to check satisfaction, commit to follow if appropriate, thank the customer)
   

We have additional topics on how to deal with a difficult person called take the HEAT.
H- hear them out. ( maintain eye contact, taking notes, nodding your head to acknowledge what the customer is saying.)

E- empathy (upset, disappointed, frustrated, and the fact of the situation that are causing those feelings.)

A-apologies ( I'm sorry this upset you, this situation is unfortunate, and i apologize for it, I'am sorry you felt you weren't fairly.)

T-take responsibilty for action.( clarify the needs, meet or exceed the need, confirm satisfaction)

All in all the seminar summing up that the business success comes from employees satisfaction/retentation then it follows to customer satisfaction and if they are satisfy the product or service they will become a customer loyalty then the business will success.

My Favorite place at Home

This area is my favorite place at home. After my work or if I have spare time I always infront of my computer exploring anything that goes in my mind.. Its a Intel core Duo CPU E4500 @ 2.20 GHz, 1 giga bytes of RAM, 160 GB hardisk. I bought my computer last November 30, 2007. with flat screen 17 inches. My internet connection connected one month ago a DSL from PHILCOM with free telephone.

Thanks God for giving me the computer and internet connection.

Mens Seminar

Every year the member of the Body of Christ Grace Mission Church is exclusively had a gathering for adult men only because we have also a separate gathering for youth and women.

We end our seminar last November 3-6, 2008 held at Teachers Village Tagum City in our Multi Purpose building. Our theme " Meeting the Unexpected trials of Life " where one of our lecturer pastor Cyprian Franconas and our Speaker pastor Jun Gordo. It was a very elegant fellowship for mens because after the lecture in morning activities we had a sport basketball composed of four team La-Or La libertad and Oriental Church got the Champion, Sur-Com Surigao and Compostela Church got the second place the Tagum Patriot or Tagum Church got the second place and Del Sur Eagles means all Churches from del sur province. we had a total of 69 participants. Mr. Monico Alterado the newly elected president and I'am his Vice president. Almost all the inconvent Officers are retain.

After the election was the business meeting one of the high lights was the Mutuay Fund, the next fellowship where? same lacation, when? last week of October 2009 and the Local mens project.

Praise God I'm successesfully finished my task assignment workshop the " Life Line" where everybody got a chance to revealed their individual life testimony. I had a Lotted time of 30 minutes but we exceed to one and half hour because of the very interesting workshop.

Adventure in Maputi San Isidro Davao Oriental

Me and my family including her relatives got a chanced to visit at Maputi San Isidro Davao Oriental
Last October 31 to Nov. 1, 2008. It was a nice place were we gonna have to see the beautiful spot of mountain and seas that surround them. Sad to say I cannot able to visit one of the lake called cawa-cawa due of time constraint. Its four kilometer away from My wife Lola's house. But I did not missed the walk in river.

The purpose of that activities/event was to visit at cemetery were Lolo's of my wife buried for a long time.

I can say that what busy we are it is important to give time to our love ones who have there to lean on or have time to mingled.
