Photography Seminar and Trainings

We end last Saturday (February 17-18, 2011) the 3 days photography seminar and trainings, we meet every day from 5 pm to 8 pm for 2 days and on Saturday at 5:30 to 10 am the actual, where we apply all that we have learned from lecture and at the same time we submit a two picture, the people at the park picture and the nature at the park picture for contest and for correction, critics etc. I can't imagine that one of my submitted picture won in the first place the people at the park. That seminar was my great privilege and honor because, I having my alpha 200 sony

camera for three months now I did not maximize the operation, I wanna thanks to the company for giving me this wonderful opportunities as well as the one who spent his time to teach from his experience.

Substation and Control Seminar

Month of February is the month of Love, but in our office is the month also of love, love to learned and listen from the expert their technical knowledge about Substation, controls, relay etc. last February 11, 2009 it was a whole day seminar with substation visit. From the facilitator said that the heart of electrical system is a transformer, for me it was true because if the transformer has stop to operate it will stop all that connected, same as in our heart time will come it will stop in that's the end of our life on this planet earth whether we like or not. I do hope that before that happen we need to accept Christ as personal savior so that we can inherit the kingdom of God, because once a man died after that is judgment the moment you did not accept Christ as personal savior you will be going to eternal fire.. I hope that even this word of mine are scrambled hehehe wrong grammar but it is powerful that even your miserable life will be change by God's glory.

Double First Time

Today I'm a first time Wedding sponsor of Junaliza nuptial, you ask me why double first time because at the same time first time that I covered all picture actually I'm a cemera man. For me become  a Ninong or wedding sponsor is not difficult but rather a camera man for me its a big rule..but thaks be to God in the highest it was another successful one though its light not all the way was a perfect but acceptable.. Using my sony alpha 200.. Today I learned a lot and at the same time is an adventure .. hohoho

GN Invited Me As One of the Speaker

 Last December 27, 2010 GN Youth Camp invited me as one of the speaker to their theme Awake Ye Youth; Keep Moving. Thanks to the GN officer for the trust and challenges , trust in the since that I'm not a pastor nor experience like this a larges crowd, also challenges because for me its not easy to make outline but thanks to God's wisdom and the power of internet. Two months ago I had pressured preparing for this event until a day before the youth camp I finished my outline. I just wanna thanks to God's for His moving upon sharing God's word after my speaking I heard A lot of positive feedback. This another achievement that I've done before the year 2011. It's how capable we are but how we defend on God to move upon sharing His word.

IIEE Convention 2010 Manila and Tagaytay experience

A lots happenings to me while I'm away in my family to attend a iiee convention at SMX Manila. The date of convention is November 24-27, 2010 but on November 23 I already there for personal agenda a business to go baclaran first and then in the next day 24 in the morning go to tagaytay to explore the the taak vulcano. It is 2 travelled from pasay back of SUGO hotel to Olivarez terminal tagaytay the fare amount is 78 pesos an aircon bus then olivarez to picnic grove if i'm not forgot is only 7 pesos, then picnic grove to people's park in the island is 10 pesos back to Olivarez from people's park is 15 pesos. Olivarez to Pasay is 65 pesos non aircon bus. That day i'm in burn out that's why sleep in KABAYAN hotel. On the next day is the first day of IIEE convention,is the registration afterward is the plant visit we go to Laguna where we visit one of the maker of electronic ballast with a free lunch. next day is fellowship night, I'm not attending the fellowship night because I go to devisoria to buy some shirt that would start our business.  Some of the areas that I visit while attending IIEE convention is

St. Francis - where I attend sunday morning worship service
PAL 747 - flying davao to manila
MRT - riding to go to megamall, robinson, greenhills fare 12 pesos
LRT - riding to go to carriedo station to visit devesoria fare 15 pesos
KABAYAN Hotel - where I stay nov 24 to 28, 2010 ( with a free breakfast and lunch)
 Inday Michell Boarding House boudary between makati and pasay
Makita Ayala compound ( with inday michelle, roaming around and have a coffee at star box
John Calub - I meet John Calub with his one day training at SMX "I learned a Lot from his strategy on How to become a billionaire
Francis J. Kong - I meet also one of the best known author and motivational speaker  with a picture from Him yahh..

Lecturer on Finding the Perfect will of God

        Its too late to post but never mind, I know time is past but my experience as an lecturer of the young people on Christian fellowship is one of the best  move that I ever make by the grace of God. This was done last May 26-29, 2010 at Multi purpose building Tagum with the total of 70 to 80 young people both junior and senior department from age 12 above. The speaker was pastor Guardario, the juniour lecturer was pastora Abarsolo, and the senior lecture no other than me..
        The reality is finding the perfect will of God is not actually our problem it's God's problem why? the answer is simply we are only a human being with limited mind etc. and we don't ahead of us only God. But if we really really want to know the perfect will of God it's very  simple find God the more you closer to God to more the will of God reveal to us, but there are things to considered if we read Romans 12:2 says" And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God." first answer is do not conformed to this world, the world is the unbeliever, we knew already that unbeliever person is selfesh, all deeds of the believer is "I", "I", "I". and the second is Transformed what does it means, it means to be born again that's the greatest prerequisite of finding the perfect will of God, how God's preveal in our lives if we not connected to Him. The reason behind is as you accept Jesus Christ in your life the Holy Spirit is dwelled in lives in our life in that's  starting  of God's will to prevail in us and as we close to Him the more the will of God is prevail. The third one is renewing our mind. Our minds is not be born again only the spirit the only we can do our mind is to renew by the words of God the bible is our manual of life the will of God is all there it is our Map so that we do not go to the wrong path or even stumble. There are lots of things to know  in findings the will of God but the bottom line is that the more we closer to God the more God's will, will prevail. God Bless..

Attending Seminar on How to Make your First Million

Today another opportunities that I want to count on. Why, because our assistant vice president allow me to attend a very eye opener seminar its all about How To Make You First Million.

The facilatator was Chinkee Tan a very successful business man on his catching line "Why the rich get richer and the poor get poorer". By the way the seminar was held at garden oasis obrero Davao City. The seminar was totally free for me hehehe but company paid of 300 pesos only. The total attender I think more than 405 plus because my ticket number is 405. I had learned a lot from him one of that was mindset + action = result means if you have a positive mindset +positive action = positive results and many more just only .oo1 percent of his topic if you want more to know his revelation of his success why not you buy his books like me I buy also two of his book only 600 pesos discounted.

That does not the end of my day, i also attended of USANA the "The True Health True Wealth" I Had learned also lot of ideas like BI networking.

So therefore all I had learned its all useful if no application that is why today and soon I little by little applied to my day to day activities because for me success is not magic its a process.

28th Annual District Convention Toastmasters International District 75

Amazed unexpected event of my first time to attend the toastmasters international convention held at Marco Polo Davao last May 22, 2009 with its theme " Ordinary People Extra Ordinary Styles" they key note speaker was Bo Sanchez with his magic word of the day blessing and curse and ask me why....it was amazed me a lots first at last I did not always passing by marco polo now I totally sees almost everything what marco polo is. Secondly I meet Bo Sanchez in personal though we did not talked only in picture but it amazed me a lot wewwww. Thirdly the speeches of each participants from youth prepared speech contest chalenge me a lots, impromptu speech contest that wonder me a lots how they quick to think, humorous speech contest that smile a lots even sometimes I cannot understand what they are talking about but for the sake the person beside to do not amazed at me why I'am smiling hehehe, and last the International prepared speech contest that inspire me wonder me amazad me etc. etc. etc. what unexpected event I almost back out but I said to myself if they can why me....by the way the total attenders was, if I did not mistaken 309.

Grad every opportunity like me its all free why because paid by the company thanks Davao Light, Thanks myself the trying hard person though its not my word but I know at the end I will win lol. Thanks.. I want this for the purpose of my dream to become a good God's speaker.

Hope that this amazed unexpected event will be sealed in my heart, in my mind that everytime we have a toastmaster meeting we give not a double minded to attend but to encourage me to move on forward on the journey of communication as well as leadership. muahhhhh

Day 2 of my CESEEPS SEMINAR

A day were we start our seminar lead by the Engr. Doods Amora as usual we take our exam first for statistics only after we start on the different code from Philippines and outside like USA, Europe etc. we learned a lot coz Engr. Dood Lectured both theory and his experience when he was working in Brewery.

In our afternoon seminar 1 pm to 2:30 pm. Lectured by Engr. Doods and then by Engr. Elley Silvosa we concentrate on one line diagram from scrath to finished. we impart all the needed when we make one line diagram and we learned a lot also.

After our class at 5:oo pm we decide to go to colon for buying danggit then move on to Magelan cross but we did not all happen due of some circumstance that cannot be avoid one of our teamate from subic Enerzone suddenly disappear in we do not know where he go and its very funny coz we go to police station thinking that he kidnap.


By the way we are so blessed our trip are already free the reason Michael from Aboitiz Power has a car.

My Seminar at CESEEP and Lakwatsa

I'm weak up at 5:30 a.m. very excited to go to CEBU for my trainings but as I check the weather their have a little rain without knowing that while I'm sleeping with my love one and my two kids the rain come due of the sound of the aircon thats why I did not hear the dreaf of the rain. My wife suggested that I'am going to wear my old pants so in order that the pants that i am to use will not be dirty hehe what kind of english very funny..

Together with Mart Navales we depart from Davao light Panabo Office at exactly 7:30 am.
still rain at the airport after we ride on the CC liner bus the we walk going to the airport were we meet sir Art Milan.

we depart from the airport to cebu at 9:25 then arrive at Cebu Mactan airport at 10:25 am.

We ride taxi going to Oftana suite with at fare of 200 pesos. We eat our first Lunch fronting oftana suite with Sir Roger Pitogo, Mat and me.

We take our relax in the rm 308. then at 2:30 pm. we depart to SM a double ride first we go to the crossing near Jollibee in then again ride ala canter jeep 21a.

I buy my pasalubong to my wife and two kids. then move on back to the room. at 6:30 pm.

now at present i'm in the internet at exactly 10:34 pm and 45 seconds.
