My Seminar at CESEEP and Lakwatsa

I'm weak up at 5:30 a.m. very excited to go to CEBU for my trainings but as I check the weather their have a little rain without knowing that while I'm sleeping with my love one and my two kids the rain come due of the sound of the aircon thats why I did not hear the dreaf of the rain. My wife suggested that I'am going to wear my old pants so in order that the pants that i am to use will not be dirty hehe what kind of english very funny..

Together with Mart Navales we depart from Davao light Panabo Office at exactly 7:30 am.
still rain at the airport after we ride on the CC liner bus the we walk going to the airport were we meet sir Art Milan.

we depart from the airport to cebu at 9:25 then arrive at Cebu Mactan airport at 10:25 am.

We ride taxi going to Oftana suite with at fare of 200 pesos. We eat our first Lunch fronting oftana suite with Sir Roger Pitogo, Mat and me.

We take our relax in the rm 308. then at 2:30 pm. we depart to SM a double ride first we go to the crossing near Jollibee in then again ride ala canter jeep 21a.

I buy my pasalubong to my wife and two kids. then move on back to the room. at 6:30 pm.

now at present i'm in the internet at exactly 10:34 pm and 45 seconds.

Effective Writing

Rene Lizada the lecturer of the said seminar we impart a lots from him and a very challenging one were we both gain how to write effectively, as he warn us that he cannot gave the full seminar he only first tuckle with words in the two remaining will be discussing next time.

Badminton Sports on Panabo

Again Our sports theme in Davao Light Panabo branch is Paugnat sa Kusog. compose of four teams
its has different color with combinations of two or one hottest girl.

Me my color is black team my team mate one of our AVP Arnold Arsolon. Last year game we won a champion, but if you ask me the standing of our team now weww we are on the last.

The chairman of the badminton lead by Yancy Lumiguid. we play twice a week tuesday and thursday but during thursday I'm not available beacause I'am committed in Toastmaster Club.

Better late than never Ah Counter Experience

Last Thursday July 24, 2008 we had a toastmaster meeting. At the program my task was to report all Ahs. since I'am a new babe in the toastmaster again did not do well but at least I try my very very best.

Here's is my prefered speech but it did not work well.

"it is difficult to keep quite, if you have nothing to say"

Fellow members and most welcome guest good evening.
Most of us did very well this evening. and I'am please to be the ah counter of tonights meeting.
My job is to help you to cure your bad habits of making "Vocalize pause". they are like these ahs, er, um etc. These unnecessary annoying words and sounds the are so called Ahs.

So I collect and keep all your ah I hear you make.

Toastmaster got 11 ahs and 2 repeated words... until the end.

If you read above.. you wonder where the word comes from, to tell you frankly and Honesty all of that was from internet using google search..

Highest Good

Highest Good that was the Title/Theme for this night meeting and its very nice Theme which relate of the whole meeting. My task was the invocation and Pledge of Allegiance, same as usual there are lots of buttefly inside of me but praise God I make it even though not very well but I tried. My friend brother/Pre Leo Apalisoc ask me if i'm okey to be a Ah's accounter because the one assigned was not around but I frankly told him that better next time.

Eric T. Camerino Deliver his Speech Project No.2 He did very very well that can encourage everyone specially in the new babe in toastmasters club. He gave his wonderful testimy from time he started entering the toasmaster.

Arnel D. Bersabe He is the one of the Table topics Master of the evening. Everytime table topics start I always felt nervous because thats the you speech without preparation of impronto(spelling for corrections) speech. He did very tremendous why! he made very unique he a picture pick somebody from toastmaster member what they can say about that picture.

Toe of the line was the Idiomatic expression of the day it means abide by Leo Apalisoc.

"Highest Good" run the race, step forward, attending toastmaster is just like running toward the goals because you are toasting someone and correcting if you making some wrong grammar or mis pronuciation.

Fighting to Championship

weewww! very discouraging day we did our very best to win the game but it didn't happen specially to me who lacks of confidence and full of negative thinking thats why I'am in internet right now searching a free books how to be confidence, every time I make i move to shot the ball in it didn't I'a discourage why why?

During the first half of the game we did the best move but it sudden have a low score due to the 3 points shot of my oponents until the last half.

I know God has purpose of everything why we lost the game, before the game start God has already a result.

At the end of the game we are so very low see have a self pity.

Its my prayer that God the creator of everything the author and finisher of my faith gives me the confidence not the basketball itself but for my day to day activities specially in serving to him.

We won for the second game

Very exciting moments for the next game which is the final or the decision.
Thanks God for giving as a favor to won the game even though there was bad happening of our oponent kaibigan Timon while attempting to lay-up guard by Albert from the top to ground his right side deformed everybody was harry to call 911 but more than 15 minutes 911 mobile arrived.
