Two Success This Month of August 2011

I just wanna share some of my success this month. First I'm having attended the three days conference on IIEE 15th Southern Mindanao Regional Conference Held here in Davao Convention Center last August 25-27, 2011, But now it's my own expenses compared last year that all the expenses paid by the company. It was a big opportunity for as an electrical engineer, first was upgraded of what happening today in electrical world, second looking old classmate and at the same time relax while the company gave me salary hehehe.


The second was the special project on 69 kv line implementation. Implemented last August 28, 2011 to August 29, 2011 from 12:01 am to 8:00 am. It's a power interruption that interrupt the two substation with a total of six 13.8 kv feeders. The two feeders was connected to the other substation as parallel so that less interrupted customers affected while four feeders two of them are owned by two companies. Almost all Contractor's and coops of the company was utilized with the total of about 18, while the company employed was 14 personnel including project supervisor, project engineer, bucket track driver, crane drive etc. We accomplished a total of 26 unit 69 kv structures (B-69) construction.

For me it's a success because beginning this month I actually planning it well thought it has a little problem but for me it's a success.

Substation and Control Seminar

Month of February is the month of Love, but in our office is the month also of love, love to learned and listen from the expert their technical knowledge about Substation, controls, relay etc. last February 11, 2009 it was a whole day seminar with substation visit. From the facilitator said that the heart of electrical system is a transformer, for me it was true because if the transformer has stop to operate it will stop all that connected, same as in our heart time will come it will stop in that's the end of our life on this planet earth whether we like or not. I do hope that before that happen we need to accept Christ as personal savior so that we can inherit the kingdom of God, because once a man died after that is judgment the moment you did not accept Christ as personal savior you will be going to eternal fire.. I hope that even this word of mine are scrambled hehehe wrong grammar but it is powerful that even your miserable life will be change by God's glory.

IIEE Convention 2010 Manila and Tagaytay experience

A lots happenings to me while I'm away in my family to attend a iiee convention at SMX Manila. The date of convention is November 24-27, 2010 but on November 23 I already there for personal agenda a business to go baclaran first and then in the next day 24 in the morning go to tagaytay to explore the the taak vulcano. It is 2 travelled from pasay back of SUGO hotel to Olivarez terminal tagaytay the fare amount is 78 pesos an aircon bus then olivarez to picnic grove if i'm not forgot is only 7 pesos, then picnic grove to people's park in the island is 10 pesos back to Olivarez from people's park is 15 pesos. Olivarez to Pasay is 65 pesos non aircon bus. That day i'm in burn out that's why sleep in KABAYAN hotel. On the next day is the first day of IIEE convention,is the registration afterward is the plant visit we go to Laguna where we visit one of the maker of electronic ballast with a free lunch. next day is fellowship night, I'm not attending the fellowship night because I go to devisoria to buy some shirt that would start our business.  Some of the areas that I visit while attending IIEE convention is

Greenhills - where I ask if there are stole saling car stereo unit
St. Francis - where I attend sunday morning worship service
PAL 747 - flying davao to manila
MRT - riding to go to megamall, robinson, greenhills fare 12 pesos
LRT - riding to go to carriedo station to visit devesoria fare 15 pesos
KABAYAN Hotel - where I stay nov 24 to 28, 2010 ( with a free breakfast and lunch)
 Inday Michell Boarding House boudary between makati and pasay
Makita Ayala compound ( with inday michelle, roaming around and have a coffee at star box
John Calub - I meet John Calub with his one day training at SMX "I learned a Lot from his strategy on How to become a billionaire
Francis J. Kong - I meet also one of the best known author and motivational speaker  with a picture from Him yahh..

Lecturer on Finding the Perfect will of God

        Its too late to post but never mind, I know time is past but my experience as an lecturer of the young people on Christian fellowship is one of the best  move that I ever make by the grace of God. This was done last May 26-29, 2010 at Multi purpose building Tagum with the total of 70 to 80 young people both junior and senior department from age 12 above. The speaker was pastor Guardario, the juniour lecturer was pastora Abarsolo, and the senior lecture no other than me..
        The reality is finding the perfect will of God is not actually our problem it's God's problem why? the answer is simply we are only a human being with limited mind etc. and we don't ahead of us only God. But if we really really want to know the perfect will of God it's very  simple find God the more you closer to God to more the will of God reveal to us, but there are things to considered if we read Romans 12:2 says" And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God." first answer is do not conformed to this world, the world is the unbeliever, we knew already that unbeliever person is selfesh, all deeds of the believer is "I", "I", "I". and the second is Transformed what does it means, it means to be born again that's the greatest prerequisite of finding the perfect will of God, how God's preveal in our lives if we not connected to Him. The reason behind is as you accept Jesus Christ in your life the Holy Spirit is dwelled in lives in our life in that's  starting  of God's will to prevail in us and as we close to Him the more the will of God is prevail. The third one is renewing our mind. Our minds is not be born again only the spirit the only we can do our mind is to renew by the words of God the bible is our manual of life the will of God is all there it is our Map so that we do not go to the wrong path or even stumble. There are lots of things to know  in findings the will of God but the bottom line is that the more we closer to God the more God's will, will prevail. God Bless..

Attending Seminar on How to Make your First Million

Today another opportunities that I want to count on. Why, because our assistant vice president allow me to attend a very eye opener seminar its all about How To Make You First Million.

The facilatator was Chinkee Tan a very successful business man on his catching line "Why the rich get richer and the poor get poorer". By the way the seminar was held at garden oasis obrero Davao City. The seminar was totally free for me hehehe but company paid of 300 pesos only. The total attender I think more than 405 plus because my ticket number is 405. I had learned a lot from him one of that was mindset + action = result means if you have a positive mindset +positive action = positive results and many more just only .oo1 percent of his topic if you want more to know his revelation of his success why not you buy his books like me I buy also two of his book only 600 pesos discounted.

That does not the end of my day, i also attended of USANA the "The True Health True Wealth" I Had learned also lot of ideas like BI networking.

So therefore all I had learned its all useful if no application that is why today and soon I little by little applied to my day to day activities because for me success is not magic its a process.

Seminar On Emceeing and Hosting also Speech To Connects

It been a great opportunities that I can attend the most, the great seminar that I ever attend in my whole life almost everything that I looking for.

Last September 4 and 5, 2009. I've been leaving again my routine job to attend the seminar on Emceeing and Hosting and speech to connect in the next day. The Lecturer, the pastor, the teacher, the molder,the builder on emceeing no other that Sir Butch Albarracin to give a little background about him just follow the links.
We are total of fifty persons attendees from different companies and government, hosted by PMAP davao chapter. the president is Ate Jane lee.
I've learned a lots from this seminar, I thought its only a seminar but as I look at the banner inside the convention hall its seminar and workshop. whither I like it or not I had done three carabao speeches infront of the crowd. but the most important was the seedlings given to the facilatator. Seedling of how to emceeing and hosting with speech that connect. Aside from that I received a two hundred dollars as reward hehehe that's a fake dollars the picture on the dollar is Sir Butch Albarracin he gave as remembrance. And also certificate and taking a lots picture.
All I can say is that the seminar is very unique full of joy, I never felt sleepy during the activities I always laugh, wonder etc. thanks davao light for giving a free fees on seminar.

Effective Project Management Seminar

Five days I have been away with my day to day job to attend a Effective Project Management training and seminar from May 5-9, 2009 held at Davao Light Maa Training Center. There are 22 attendees from different department. This is done by the energetic and Intelligent facilitator Gilbert Morales. Indeed a very informative seminar and an eye opener for me with a result a very interesting to me til the last day of the said seminar, its all about how to manage the project. start from Defining the project, Planning, Execution, and delivery. One of the things I like the seminar is right now when I'm back in my work I can say that I can make an improve design and estimat to the specific project. I therefore conclude that without this seminar I reluctantly doing the same job as before that sometimes its success and sometimes it failed due to lack of the right guidance.

3rd Pastoral Training and Seminar

Yesterday we end the pastoral training and seminar though its a quick schooling as a pastor but the final of this is where we assign. I cannot imagine that God would use me in this great ministry, I'am excited the works of God me, But right now the only got behind me is I'am ready what ever things happen all I have to do is to prepare for that. By the way 12 out of 17 from start are qualified. I hope that this is a stepping stone to become useful in God's kingdom.

34th convention of Body of Christ Grace Mission Church

It was a wonderful gathering that we have were every member are invited. The convention held at our Multi Purpose Building Tagum City with a total of 87 delegates which includes pastors, elders, youth, womens etc. I'am blessed the lectured of Pastor Apolonio Malnegro its a very inspiring and encouraging word of God that He has spoken. The Theme for this convention " Do Your Best".
The new Chairman is Pastor Floriencio Reyes. The convention last April 8 til April 11, 2009.

Transformer Fundamentals Seminar

Company goal that each employee must at least undergo a training and seminar for forty hours each year in today its been a fruitful day because I have a chance to attend transformer fundamentals seminar it took almost from basic to deep theory on transformer or birth to adult. Its a whole day seminar in then on the afternoon we had 1 hour transformer actual testing using a high tech instrument of our company. Today I learned a lot that I conclude to give a satisfying answer to our customers question.

Second seminar on Pastoral training

Once again the second seminar on pastoral training held at Teacher village third avenue Tagum City. We have four lecturer pastor Apolonio Malnegro he was teaching on Doctrinal about baptism, Ate Linda Roquero on Cult Churches, Pastor Cyprian Pranconas on How to make a sermon or Outline, and Pastor Floriencio Reyes on Leadership since he was a retired Navy Military in Now he is a pastor and Director of Body of Christ Grace Mission Church.

Eleven attendees from different local churches most of them are already using his talents and gifts.

As part of our training next meeting this coming April 8, 2009, we required to make an outline of our own from the given text and answer the question in the book of things that differ.

Future Leaders Seminars

The Body of Christ Church searching for a future potential leaders. To resolved the problem that someday there were another leaders or subordinate since almost of the pastor are old and the Bible School are already stop, so the searching of future potential leaders are come in. One of the qualification is at least a colleges graduate why because the one day seminars is equivalent of one year.

Indeed we successfully finished a first ever seminars of seventeen attenders with the power move of three teachers namely : Pastor Apolonio Malnegro, Pastor Cyphrian Pranconas and Linda Roquero at our Multi-purpose Building teachers village third ave. Tagum City.

Our next seminar will be this coming January 31, 2008 same location and same time, with a registration of 100 pesos only.

I have learned a lots first in the morning we tackle about our doctrine the seven dispensation, part of the things that differs book chapter 2 and 3 and the afternoon the homiletics from the Handbook of preaching.

I'am just hoping that this is a starting point in by God's grace we can finish.
Maybe in due time I will be posting on this blogs all our topics so that I may spread the good news and how to become a pastor.

Multiple seminar

Today I'am attending a multiple seminar where all answered my multiple questions. In the morning we have lecturer from Pag-big wherein we have a chance to know more about our future in terms of housing loan and salary loan that's one thing the question that I was brought out was that I can again have additional load even if I have a lot purchase loan the answer was it cann't be. The next was the SSS all about the benefits do's and don't. In the afternoon we have lecturer from philhealth the high lights is that if you are at the age 60 you are qualified all free which mean even you did not fee for there monthly bills you can avail all the benefits. Last thing was that the BIR the most interesting of all because we much longing why and what that the most of our deduction in our pay slip very much big.

I just wanna thank to the company through the iniative of the union officer and granted by the management to have this fantastic seminar its a great opportunity.

Development Dimension International Seminar

I was undergo a two days seminar and workshop last November 11-12, 2008. I never expected that I am the lucky person who can attend the seminar, since it was already given to our senior colleague but then our assistant vice president suggested that it will fit to the distribution engineer.
And without a doubt I'am happily accepted since it was all free and at the same time additional knowledge in my day to day activities.

Indeed it was a very fabulous and fantastic seminar. For two days I learned a lot from four lively facilitator the two was imported from cebu Mia and bords and the other two from davao light itself.
we had lot of video workshop, games for our ice breaker, and individual interaction of each topics.

By the way the seminar is under the Development Dimensions International. Focusing on the development personal development on how to deal with business to business or business to consumer interaction. Which divide into two, the personal needs and the practical needs in both are essential.

Under personal needs or the key principles are :

1. Maintain or enhance self esteem. (feeling valued, respected, important, and special.)
   
2. Listen and respond with empathy. (being heard, understood, and cared about.)
   
3. Involve the customer. ( being involved in process and decisions that affect them)
   

Under practical needs the service steps are:

1. Acknowledge the person. ( greet promptly and courteously, give full attention, use appropriate pace.)
   
2. Clarify the situation. ( ask the question to determine needs, listen carefully, summarize to check understanding)
   
3. Meet or exceed the need. ( if routine act promptly, if not routing agree on a clear course of action, take opportunities to exceed expectations.)
   
4. Confirm satisfaction. (ask the question to check satisfaction, commit to follow if appropriate, thank the customer)
   

We have additional topics on how to deal with a difficult person called take the HEAT.
H- hear them out. ( maintain eye contact, taking notes, nodding your head to acknowledge what the customer is saying.)

E- empathy (upset, disappointed, frustrated, and the fact of the situation that are causing those feelings.)

A-apologies ( I'm sorry this upset you, this situation is unfortunate, and i apologize for it, I'am sorry you felt you weren't fairly.)

T-take responsibilty for action.( clarify the needs, meet or exceed the need, confirm satisfaction)

All in all the seminar summing up that the business success comes from employees satisfaction/retentation then it follows to customer satisfaction and if they are satisfy the product or service they will become a customer loyalty then the business will success.

Day 2 of my CESEEPS SEMINAR

A day were we start our seminar lead by the Engr. Doods Amora as usual we take our exam first for statistics only after we start on the different code from Philippines and outside like USA, Europe etc. we learned a lot coz Engr. Dood Lectured both theory and his experience when he was working in Brewery.

In our afternoon seminar 1 pm to 2:30 pm. Lectured by Engr. Doods and then by Engr. Elley Silvosa we concentrate on one line diagram from scrath to finished. we impart all the needed when we make one line diagram and we learned a lot also.

After our class at 5:oo pm we decide to go to colon for buying danggit then move on to Magelan cross but we did not all happen due of some circumstance that cannot be avoid one of our teamate from subic Enerzone suddenly disappear in we do not know where he go and its very funny coz we go to police station thinking that he kidnap.


By the way we are so blessed our trip are already free the reason Michael from Aboitiz Power has a car.
